Many High-rise buildings today are covered with glass curtain wall systems, composite cladding panels or pre-cast wall sections. Like all other fa?ade finishes, these elements must be correctly maintained to ensure optimum performance. Using high quality Silicone, Polyurethane and Polysulphide sealants, CMI professionally seals horizontal and vertical joint caulking of cladding panels, expansion or movement joints, curtain walls and window frames.

CMI has available the latest technologies and specialized repair techniques to provide long term repair solutions where normal methods are not suitable or economically viable. Such repair systems include Helifix Pinning for loose rendering and wall strengthening, PU Foam or Epoxy Injection systems for water leaks or structural crack repairs, and concrete staple or tie pin installation for structural strengthening.

CMI undertakes tiling and re-grouting works, repair of existing tiled areas such as floors and swimming pools with top quality cement and epoxy based grouts. For large scale renovation projects, where our client may require the entire building to be renovated and modernized, CMI can provide a turn-key solution, including in-house design, survey, management and implementation.
